Getting to God

UPCOMING EVENTSPosted by Douglas J H Mowat Sat, September 01, 2018 11:50:06
An exciting new monthly Home Bible Study is about to commence in Fortrose! Getting to God looks at some lessons we can learn from the Old Testament Tabernacle. God designed this amazing structure in order to teach His people how they could approach Him. These illustrated talks will take a walk through the Tabernacle - from the Gate on the east side, right through to the Holiest of All, where God's immediate presence is known.

God does not live in buildings today. This object-lesson illustrates the spiritual realities of how we can get close to God in 2018. Don't miss this series!

Easter time is upon us once more. This year we are planning two main services - one in Rosemarkie on Good Friday (see above), and the other in Avoch on Easter Sunday.

The Avoch service is entitled "Witnesses at the Tomb" and will look at the eyewitness evidence of those who clamed to see the risen Christ. The service will be held at 6.00 pm in Hillcrest, Braehead, AVOCH, IV9 8QL.

The death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ forms the heart of the Christian Gospel message. Come and hear how the events of that first Easter weekend can impact your life.

All welcome!
